Carl was a former employee of GTE for 32 ½ years, retiring in 1997.  He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Portland, Eastern Star of Union City for over 25 years.  He was also a member of the Fort Wayne York Rite Knights Templar and the Moose Lodge of Winchester. 

 Carl Tucker was born on November 27, 1944, in Winchester, Indiana, the son of C. Leo and M. Marcielle (Deboy) Tucker.  He graduated from Ward Jackson High School in Randolph County with the class of 1962.

       Virginia Hillard (husband Jerry) – Galion, Ohio

 Funeral services for Carl Tucker were held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home with Pastor David McClellan officiating.  Burial followed in the Lawndale Cemetery, east of Ridgeville.

 Visitation was held on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home.
 
 A memorial service was conducted by the Portland Masonic Lodge at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

 Memorials may be directed towards Little Red Door of Muncie.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
