Lucille M. Wright, age 89, a resident of 4200S 100W Portland, IN, died Saturday at her home.

She was a homemaker and had worked at CARR Canning and NAAS Canning at various times throughout the years.  She was a member of the Portland Moose Lodge, the Portland Eagles Lodge and the American Legion Aux.

     Lucille Wright was born January 6, 1919 in Springfield, IL the daughter of Harry and Nora (Beal) Gibson.  She was married July 3, 1937 to Eugene D. Wright.  He died October 3, 1993.  She is survived by:
     1 son:  Jimmy L. Wright (wife Helen)- Rural Portland, IN
     2 daughters:  Mrs. Pamela Cochran- Rural Portland, IN
                           Mrs. Thomas (Susan Jane) Kuhn- Salem, Missouri
     2 sisters:  Mrs. Ruth I. Tittle- Ridgeville, IN
                      Mrs. Gladys Hoover (husband Weldon)- Ridgeville, IN
 10 Grandchildren
 17 Great-Grandchildren
   2 Great-great-grandchildren

     Funeral services for Lucille M. Wright will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Eads officiating.  Burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery.
     Friends may call at the Portland Chapel of the Williamson & Spencer Funeral Home from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday.  On line condolences may be sent  to to www.williamsonspencer.com.
