Survivors include: His parents: Korey Ellsworth – Portland, Indiana Chanelle Gierhart – Redkey, Indiana Grandparents: Danny and Lin Ellsworth – Portland, Indiana Tony and Heidi Bowman – rural Portland, Indiana Greg Gierhart – Portland, Indiana Great Grandparents: Dewey and Mary Kinder – Bryant, Indiana Larry Ellsworth – Texas Betty Walter – Portland, Indiana Nell Gierhart – Portland, Indiana Great-Great Grandparents: Ruby Kinder – Frankfort, Ohio Elmer and Betty Walter – rural Portland, Indiana Funeral services for Haven Ellsworth will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home. Pastor Steve Rogers will officiate and burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery in Portland. Visitation for Haven Ellsworth will be held on Monday, December 7, 2009, from 1:30 – 2 p.m. before the service in the Portland Chapel of the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home.
