Jo Petty

      Jo Petty, age 67 a former Pennville  resident passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Bluffton.  She was a 1969 graduate of Montpelier High School.  She was a homemaker and retired in 2000 from CTS in Berne, Indiana.  She was a member of the Portland Southside Church of Christ.

     Jo Petty was born September 2, 1951 in Hartford City, Indiana the daughter of Eugene and Joanna (Maitlen) Kegerreis.  She was married October 10, 1970 to Ronald Petty Sr. and he passed away in 2006.

Survivors Include:

2 Sons- Ronald Petty II, Bluffton, and Ryan Petty (wife-Nicole), Daleville

2 Daughters- Amy Gonzalez (husband-Ernesto), Bluffton, and Lisa Evans, Bluffton

3 Sisters- Lucinda Welch (fiancé-Tom Staton), Pennville,  Gena James (husband-Jess), Bryant,  Lisa Tinch (husband-Randy), Portland

1 Brother-  Neil Kegerreis (wife-Wauneta), Pennville

21 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Maddox and a granddaughter, Tiffany Petty.

     Visitation will be held from 11:00am-3:00pm on Thursday in the Pennville Chapel of the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home.  Funeral services will follow at 3:00pm Thursday at the funeral home in Pennville.  Pastor Bob Graham will officiate the service with cremation to follow.
