Samuel Selvey, age 22, a resident of Dunkirk passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at his home.

     Samuel was born June 7, 1996 in Muncie, Indiana the son of Eric Selvey and Michelle Jackson. Samuel graduated from Jay County High School in 2014. He worked for Newsome Tree Service in Dunkirk.
