To Eileen and family. We are very sorry to hear of Bill's passing. He made us feel like family. We enjoyed and will always remember our times together. We know he is now singing in the heavenly choir in perfect voice. We look forward to one day joining him, but we now grieve his passing. He will be missed. We love you Eileen.

Brother Daugherty always wanted to make sure that The LORD received the glory from their singing. My favorite song that they did so well on was 'Once On a Hillside' - that one lit a fire inside me!! When the Christianaires sang at the Portland Gospel Lighthouse, we knew they lived the life that they sang about. What a blessing they are!! Hope the group continues to sing. God be with Eileen and the family. We love you all.

I am Ralph and Judy Grayson's oldest daughter and we attended Oak Grove Methodist Church for several years. I remember Bill and The Christian Brothers singing there on numerous occasions when I was growing up. He was a wonderful, caring and very talented man. I send you my deepest condolences and will be praying for comfort for your entire family. I am sorry that I can not attend services as I live out of the country since we retired.

When I sat down and actually counted, I have actually known Bill as one of the people who used to hear him sing, as long as he has been in the field of gospel music. One has to agree that he has achieved all that he worked so very hard for. I will never forget his enthusiasm for the Lord every time that he sang, starting with the Christian Brothers way back when up until he sang with the current group. Thank you for showing us that great love for Southern Gospel music as well. Those early years planted that music deep within this girls heart. God Bless the family.

Bill will be truly missed. I'm sure he is singing in heaven now. He was an instrument of God, bringing His message through song. God Bless the family and may it bring comfort knowing Bill is without pain in heaven with the Father and all the saints.
