Belinda Bowdell

Belinda Bowdell, age 66, a resident of Portland, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024 at IU Health Ball Hospital in Muncie.

Belinda was born October 4, 1957, in Union City, Indiana, the daughter of Jacob and Marjorie (Henry) Johnson.  Belinda worked at Tom and Rods in Portland and Persimmon Ridge in Portland.  She married Milton Terry Bowdell and he passed away in 2005.

Raymond Bowdell (wife Lacey) – Portland, Indiana

Milton Terry Bowdell, Jr. – Indianapolis, Indiana

Chad Bowdell – Portland, Indiana

Robert Lee Miller – Portland, Indiana

Siblings:  Jacob Johnson (wife Sandy) – Dunkirk, Indiana

Sondra Nearon (husband Larry) – Redkey, Indiana

Gary Johnson (wife Carlina) – Albany, Indiana

Teresa Storie (husband Tracey) – Portland, Indiana

Several grandchildren including Jonand Harlan Bowdell.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in Claycomb Cemetery, southwest of Portland.  Arrangements entrusted to Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
