Billy Dulin

Billy Dulin, age 76, a resident of rural Portland, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Envive Health in Berne, Indiana.

Billy was born on April 19, 1946, in Morgan, Kentucky, the son of Coy and Mary (Cantrell) Dulin.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a self-employed mechanic.

Peggy Miller (husband Robert) – Hartford City, Indiana
