William D. Phillips

William D. Phillips, age 46, a resident of Portland, passed away on August 15, 2021 in Portland.

William was born on February 12, 1975 in Ashland, Kentucky the son of Dexter Phillips and Sara (Spillman) Shively. William worked for Tyson Foods in Portland. He was a fan of the Cleveland Browns and enjoyed watching UFC fights.

He was preceded in death by his father Dexter Phillips and 2 brothers Rex Phillips and Jerry Phillips

Services for William Phillips will be held at a later date at Harris Creek Cemetery in Bradford, Ohio
