Allegra "Nickie" Morningstar

Allegra “Nickie” Morningstar, age 78, a former Portland resident, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at The Woodlands in Muncie.

Nickie was born on January 25, 1945, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Robert and Helen (Mills) Morningstar.

Survivors include:

2 sisters:  Andrea Morningstar – Jabez, Kentucky

Tomiko Moore (husband Dale) – New Bern, North Carolina

1 brother:  Robert Morningstar – Portland, Indiana

Several nieces, nephews and cousins

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Claycomb Cemetery, southwest of Portland.
