Angela Gibson, age 44, a resident of Sechrist Lake in Warsaw, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 09, 2013, at her home. She was a former resident of Portland.
Angie was born on July 8, 1968 in Jay County, Indiana, the daughter of John and Linda (Woolslager) Deaton. She graduated from Jay County High School in 1986. Angie worked as a motor carrier for the U.S. Postal Service in the Warsaw area for 10 years. She married Randy Gibson on July 4, 2007.

1 brother: Scott Deaton (wife Kim) - Bryant, Indiana
Her mother: Linda Deaton - rural Portland, Indiana
Her grandmother: Betty Woolslager - rural Portland, Indiana
Her father and mother-in-law: Merlin and Pat Gibson - Columbia City, Indiana

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 11-1 p.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Hugh Kelly conducting the services. Burial will follow at a later date.
The Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be directed towards the Riley Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
