Armond W. Jellison Jr age 91 a Portland resident passed away Friday, May 1, 2015 at his home.
He was a member of the Gospel Lighthouse in Portland where he was song leader for many years. He worked for A. A. Curry Company in Portland for 16 years. He was a certified locksmith in the Portland area for over 10 years and retired from NAPA-Portland Motor Parts after 33 years. He was US Army veteran serving in WWII and was a member of the Portland American Legion Post 211.
Armond Jellison Jr. was born November 20, 1923 in Akron, Ohio the son of Armond and Esther (Heston) Jellison Sr. He was married October 17, 1942 to Rosemary Taylor. She passed away August 17, 2010.

Phill Jellison (wife-Ronda), Portland, Indiana
Terry Jellison, Portland, Indiana
14 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 10am-1pm on Tuesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland with Wendell, Phil, and Andy Jellison officiating the services. Burial will follow in the Claycomb Cemetery west of Portland. Portland American Legion Post 211 will be in charge of military rites at the cemetery.
