Barbara Clear, age 81, a resident of Portland, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026 at Persimmon Ridge in Portland.

Barbara was born May 13, 1945, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Bill and Wilma (Brown) Duke. She graduated from Portland High School and worked at Walmart in Portland.

Her children: Doug Clear (wife Lisa) – Wayland, Michigan

David Clear (wife Natasha) – Prescott, Arizona

Angela Brackett (husband Jamey) – Ducan, Oklahoma

4 grandchildren Lucas, Kira, Izaak and Ilana

1 brother: Bill Duke (wife Mary) – Rockville, Indiana
