Barbara J. Mcclain

Barbara J. McClain, age 84, Ft. Wayne and a former Jay County resident passed away Sunday at Premier Healthcare in Ft. Wayne. She retired from Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. after more than 35 years.
Barbara was born January 28, 1933 in Dunkirk, Indiana the daughter of William and Gwendolyn (Andars) Boltz. She was married to Earl McClain in 1951 and he passed away in 2012.
Survivors Include:
1 Son- E. Jerome “Jerry Mac” McClain (wife-Sandra), Ft. Wayne
1 Sister- Joyce Harshbarger, Lynn, IN.
2 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 1-4pm on Wednesday at D.O. McCombs Funeral Home- Foster Park, 6301 Fairfield Ave.
A Memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home, 190 S. Union St., Pennville, Indiana. Visitation will be held from 12-3pm prior to the services. Burial will follow in the IOOF Twin Hills Cemetery, Pennville.
