Barbara McLaughlin, age 68, a resident of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at her home in Portland.
Barbara was born on July 9, 1956, in Portland, the daughter of Carl and Leona (Schibler) McLaughlin. She worked for EPC Graphic in Geneva, Pennville Custom Cabinets and home care.
Survivors include:
Her children: Jeremy Butler (wife Tina)
Jamey Butler
Jessica Arnold (husband Harley) – Portland, Indiana
Siblings: Carolyn Hammond (husband Roger) – Yorktown, Indiana
Dan McLaughlin – Albany, Indiana
Chuck McLaughlin – Winter Haven, Florida
Several grandchildren including Karson and Brooklyn Arnold and great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents Carl and Leona McLaughlin, sister Sandra Laux and daughter Haley Williams.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 12-2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Memorial services will follow at 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
