Brian Stephen

Brian Stephen, age 60, a resident of Portland passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at his home in Portland.

Brian was born February 27, 1961 in Portland, the son of Jacob and Nezzie (Youngblood) Stephen. Brian was a 1980 graduate of Jay County High School. He was a parts manager at Carquest in Portland and Milligan Chevrolet in Portland and was member of the Arbor Day Foundation.

Dustin Stephen (wife Morgan) – Portland, Indiana

5 brothers: Richard Hodge – Denver, Colorado

Rick Hodge – Muncie, Indiana

Lonnie Stephen – Portland, Indiana

Jamie Baughman – Dunkirk, Indiana

Jack Baughman (wife Jacquelyn) – Portland, Indiana

3 sisters: Deb Bullard – Eaton, Indiana

Kaili Baughman – Arizona

Connie Ferguson – Rural Jay County, Indiana

6 grandchildren

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at Antioch Cemetery, south of Portland.

Arrangements entrusted to Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.
