Carol Manor

Carol Manor, age 85, a resident of Bryant, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, Indiana.

Carol was born on May 4, 1940, in Jay County, the daughter of Roy and Bessie (Ross) Shull.  Carol graduated from Madison High School in 1958.  Carol worked for the United States Postal Service in Portland, Indiana, and retired in 2002.  Carol attended New Covenant Fellowship Church.  Carol married Robert Manor on September 26, 1958.

Survivors include:

Her husband: Robert Manor – Bryant, Indiana

2 daughters: Brenda O’Brien (husband William) – Morehead, Kentucky

Diane Parr – Bryant, Indiana

3 granddaughters, 2 great-grandsons, and 1 great-granddaughter.

Carol was preceded in death by 7 siblings.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Private funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland, and burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery in Bryant, Indiana.
