Cora J. Dugan

Cora J. Dugan, age 93, a former resident of rural Portland in Greene Township, Jay County, passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Millers Merry Manor in Dunkirk.
Cora was born on November 29, 1923, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Clement “Clem” and Nancy “Nannie” (Petry) McKinley. She graduated from Portland High School in 1941. Cora worked for the The Division of Family Resources in Portland for 20 years. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, and the Jay County Kitchenette Band group for several years. She married Jay Rex Dugan on September 24, 1943 and he passed away on June 2, 1970.

3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren 1 great-great granddaughter
Visitation for Cora Dugan will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery in Salamonia, Indiana.
