Dallas Martin, age 48, a resident of Westville, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014 in Westville from an apparent heart attack. He was a former resident of Portland, Winchester and Geneva.
Dallas was born on October 6, 1965, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Paul and Lana (Flintcraft) Martin. He graduated from Jay County High School and served in the U.S. Army from 1985-1989. He worked in construction for different contractors in the area.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lana Rolston and his step-father, Paul Rolston.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland with Pastor Tim Dilley officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
