Debbie L. Clark, age 50 a resident of Eaton and a former Portland resident passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 at Jay County Hospital. She graduated from Jay County High School in 1984.
Debbie Clark was born February 3, 1966 in Celina Ohio the daughter of Leroy and Alberta (Guntle) Kable. She was married in 1985 to Mark Denney and he passed away in 2007. She then married Denny Clark on July 25, 2015.

Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Friday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Porttland.
Funeral services will be held at 2pm Friday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Mark Wilkerson will officiate and burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery southeast of Portland.
Memorials may be sent to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
