Diana Clark, age 65, a resident of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Reid Hospital in Richmond. She was a former resident of Portland.

Diana was born January 8, 1961, in Winchester, Indiana, the daughter of Kenneth and Nina (Carpenter) Clark. She graduated from Jay County High School in 1979 and earned a Criminal Justice Degree from Ball State University. Diana worked for Jay School Corporation for 17 ½ years and Jay County Youth Service Bureau for 17 ½ years. She was a member of Trinity Archbridge Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and church secretary. She was also a member at large of Delta Theta Ta Sorority, Jay County 4-H, and Bible Study Fellowship International.

Her mother: Nina Clark – Richmond, Indiana

Her sister: Debbie Searcy (husband Dan) – Richmond, Indiana

Her sister-in-law: Sylvia Clark – Alexandria, Indiana

Bonus grandchildren: Dalton, Diana and Regina Rodriguez

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Clark Sr, a bonus child, Jessica Cruz, her siblings, Kenneth Clark, Jr., and Daniel Clark.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 12-2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow on Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Lawndale Cemetery, east of Ridgeville.

Memorials may be directed towards Jay County Heart Association, Trinity Archbridge Church or Reid Hospice.
