Donna M. Miller, age 84, a resident of Portland passed away Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Randolph Nursing Home in Winchester. She worked at the Jay County Retirement Center and was self employed in housekeeping with several Jay County families over the years.
Donna Miller was born September 5, 1932 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Delmer and Rachael (Weaver) Philebaum.
Survivors Include:
1 Son- Rodney Miller (wife- Angie), Richmond, Indiana
1 Daughter- Linda Butler, Portland, Indiana
1 Sister- Pattie Simons, Montrose, Colorado
4 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, and 4 Great Great Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm on Saturday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 1pm Saturday in the funeral home. Pastor Jeff Horsman will officiate the services and burial will follow in the Wells Cemetery, west of Portland.
