Douglas Stinson

Douglas Eric Stinson, age 48, a resident of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2014, at his home in Indianapolis from natural causes. He was a former resident of Dunkirk.
Douglas was born on November 24, 1965, in Muncie, Indiana the son of the late C.D. Stinson and Judith (Porter) Miller. He graduated from Jay County High School in 1984 and worked for Duncan Supply in Indianapolis. He was a member of the Dunkirk Elks Lodge #1776, Sons of the American Legion in Albany and Dunkirk Moose Lodge.

A memorial service to celebrate Douglas’s life will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at 12 noon at the First Baptist Church in Dunkirk with Pastor Dan Coffman and Douglas’s best friend Jim Fulks officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. A meal will immediately follow at the Elks Lodge #1776 in Dunkirk.
