Eulalia L. Binegar
March 23, 1930 — September 18, 2013
Eulalia Lee Binegar, age 83, a resident of Dunkirk, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Millers Merry Manor in Dunkirk.
Eulalia was born on March 23, 1930, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Herbert O. and Goldie (Dock) Slusser. She worked for Jay Garment in Portland for several years and NAAS Foods in Portland for several years and Mannix Green House. She married Leroy Binegar on June 25, 1949 and he passed away on December 3, 2003.
Survivors include:
2 daughters: Tonia Moore (husband Rick) - Dunkirk, Indiana
Donna Mannix (husband Larry) - rural Dunkirk, Indiana
2 grandchildern and 6 great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Binegar and a son, Ricky Binegar.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Carl Stone will officiate and burial will follow in the Dunkirk IOOF Cemetery.
