Helen Williams

Helen Williams, age 51, a resident of Portland, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her home.

Helen was born on October 13, 1969, in Portland, the daughter of Johnny Robert Skeens and Florence (Rigby) Beeson.  Helen loved writing short stories and poems.  She married Leslie Williams on April 1, 2014.

Survivors include:

3 daughters:  Ashley Nicole Sikora (Fiancé Leo Fairley) – South Bend, Indiana

Ashley Marie Walker (Fiance Kenneth Wilhelm) – Portland, Indiana

Heather Richards – Portland, Indiana

3 brothers:  John Beeson – Redkey, Indiana

Willie Beeson – Portland, Indiana

James Beeson – Portland, Indiana

1 sister:  Deanna Young (husband Skylar) – Portland, Indiana

9 grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12-3 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  A service to celebrate Helen’s life will follow at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
