Hobart Curtis

Hobart Curtis, age 64, a resident of Farmland, Indiana passed away Tuesday November 29, 2022 at IU Health Ball Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.

Hobart was born September 9, 1958 in Ashland, Kentucky the son of Marvin Curtis and Edith Louis Hicks. Hobart worked for Barker Construction in Albany, Cooper Farms in Ft. Recovery, and Smith Brothers in Berne. He was a member of many Sportsman Clubs, Hub City Hunting Club in Bryant and other Coon Hunting Associations. Hobart married Connie Smith on February 25, 1985.

2 brothers: Thurman Curtis – Montpelier, Indiana

Bobby Curtis – Berne, Indiana

1 sister: Debbie Gibson – Berne

Daughter-in-Law: Kelli Hummer - Redkey

10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren

Several nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin and Edith, a son Travis Truex, and 3 brothers Kenny Curtis, Joe Michael and Hubert Curtis.
