James Bo Harker

James A. “Bo” Harker, age 57 a resident of Dunkirk passed away Friday at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.  He worked for 25 years for Indiana Glass in Dunkirk.  He then worked for the WalMart Distribution Center in Gas City and Sonoco in Portland.

Bo Harker was born October 31, 1958 in Portland the son of James and Wanda (Cronkhite) Harker.  He was married February 25, 1978 to Elizabeth Myers.

Survivors Include:

His beloved wife- Elizabeth Harker,  Dunkirk, Indiana

1 Son- Eric Harker (wife- Karinda),  Hartford City, Indiana

1 Daughter- Allisha Harker,  Dunkirk, Indiana

1 Brother- Jeffry Harker (wife-Anita),  Portland, Indiana

4 Sisters- Cuba Cassel (Husband- Rodney)

Sue Pryor, Dunkirk, Indiana

Candice Norton,  Dunkirk, Indiana

Linda Champ (husband- Kenny), Redkey, Indiana

6 Grandhildren-  Phoenix, Wyatt, Zayne, and Quinn Harker, Trinity and Travis Sewell

Visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Tuesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Jason Rice officiating the service.  Burial will follow in the Center Cemetery west of Portland.
