James Camp

James Camp, age 80, a resident of Portland, passed away Sunday December 10, 2017 at University Nursing Home in Upland, Indiana.
James was born September 9, 1937 in Wilmington, Ohio the son of John and Mamie (Nichols) Camp. James was a veteran of the United States Army, he was a member of the Portland Eagles, Portland American Legion Post 211, and also a former member of the Portland Moose.
James married Diane (Myers) Camp on February 14, 1988.

1 son: Gary Camp – Wilmington, Ohio
2 daughter: Rebeca Downing Hawkins – Sabina, Ohio
Michaela Camp – Ridgeville, Indiana
1 sister: Vicky Lambecke – Wilmington, Ohio
Including several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Felicia Myers and a baby Elvis Ray Camp.
Visitation will be held Friday 1 – 2 p.m. at Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery south east of Portland.
