James Gilbert

James “Bimbo” Gilbert, age 69, a resident of Portland, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at his home.

Bimbo was born October 8, 1954, in Grahn, Kentucky, the son of Everett and Edith (Mabry) Gilbert.  He worked at R&R Eggs in St. Henry, Ohio.

Carl Gilbert (wife Mary) – Saratoga, Indiana

Several nieces and nephews

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2-7 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
