Jeffrey A Lightner

Jeffrey A. Lightner, age 62 a resident of Muncie and former Dunkirk resident passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana

Jeffrey was born in Jay County, Indiana on March 15, 1958 the son of William R. and Joyce (Burnette) Lightner.

Survivors Include:

His companion for many years- Jennifer Anderson, Muncie, Indiana

1 Son- Shay White, Portland, Indiana

1 Daughter Lindsey (White) Hull, Portland, Indiana

His mother- Joyce Wells, Dunkirk, Indiana

1 Brother- Bill Lightner, Muncie, Indiana

2 Grandchildren

He was preceeded in death by 3 brothers- Steve Wells and, Mike and Mark Lightner.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Dunkirk City Park Shelter House from 1-3 p.m.  Pastor Randy Davis will speak at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at the park.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral home in Portland.
