Joyce J. Coulson, age 80, a resident of Portland, passed away on Thursday, February 05, 2015, at Persimmon Ridge in Portland.
Joyce was born on October 18, 1934, in Union City, Ohio, the daughter of Ralph and Mary Ruth (Rines) Coulson. She worked for 20 years at The Commercial Review in Portland, retiring in 2000. She attended Gospel Lighthouse in Portland.

3 sisters: Barbara Gilbert (husband Clyde) – rural Portland, Indiana
Patsy White – Portland, Indiana
Connie Schmit (husband Terry) – Portland, Indiana
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12-2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Phil Jellison will officiate and burial will follow in the Little Salamonia Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
