Joyce Garringer

Joyce Garringer, age 83, passed away Friday, January 4, 2013 at her home in rural Winchester, Indiana. She retired from Anchor Hocking in Winchester after 32 years.
She was born December 27, 1929 in Jay County the daughter of William and Hattie (Pritchard) Koontz. She was married on August 18, 1982 to Floyd Garringer.

Beloved Husband- Floyd Garringer, rural Winchester, Indiana
1 Daughter- Linda Rigby, Ft. Wayne, Indiana
1 Son- Leroy Rigby, Ft. Wayne, Indiana
2 Step Sons- Walt Garringer (wife- Vonda), Ridgeville, Indiana
Larry Garringer (wife-Melissa), Marion, Kentucky
1 Step Daughter- Patricia Pursley, Union City, Indiana
7 Step Grandchildren and 1 Step Great Grandchild
Visitation will be held from 1-3pm on Monday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00pm Monday at the funeral home. Pastor Randy Davis will officiate the services and burial will be at a later date at Bluff Point Cemetery, south of Portland.
