June A. Shawver-Study, age 80, a resident of rural Redkey, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at her home in rural Redkey.
June was born on June 16, 1935, in Geneva, Indiana, the daughter of Edwin and Elma (Kneuss) Moser. She worked for Jay Garment in Portland for 27 years and also at Tyson in Portland, retiring in 2000. She married Robert “Bud” Study on January 8, 2000.

1 daughter: Linda Muhlenkamp (Roger) – Portland, Indiana
1 son: Steve R. Shawver – rural Portland, Indiana
1 sister: Helen Franze – Berne, Indiana
1 Brother: Dale W. Moser (wife Janet) – Columbia City, Indiana
4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Imogene Skipper and Janean Mills and 1 brother, Gordon Moser.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Steve Arnold will officiate and burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery in Salamonia, Indiana.
