Kari Hudson, age 24, a resident of Portland, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at her home in Portland.
Kari was born on November 30, 1988, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Doug and Karen (Smith) Hudson. She worked at Jay Randolph Developmental Services in Portland. She enjoyed horseback riding and bowling and was a 2009 graduate of Jay County High School.

1 brother: Troy Hudson (wife Amy) – rural Portland, Indiana
Her grandparents: Janice Hudson – rural Portland, Indiana
Patricia Smith – Portland, Indiana
She was proceeded in death by her grandfathers- Don Hudson and Lowell “Smitty” Smith.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Center Cemetery, west of Portland.
