Kylah Michelle White was born on September 29, 2016 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie and passed away shortly after her birth at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

Her parents: Jason White and Kelsey Starr – Portland, Indiana
1 brother: Karson Hines – Portland, Indiana
2 sisters: Kierstyn White – Portland, Indiana
Katelyn Hines – New Paris, Ohio
Grandparents: Russell and Eunice White – Portland, Indiana
Ted and Cheryl Miller – Portland, Indiana
Paul and Jill Starr – Redkey, Indiana
Her great-grandmother: Agnes White - Redkey, Indiana
Several aunts and uncles
She was preceded in death by a brother, Kannon Hines.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Govin officiating. Private burial will follow on Thursday at Liber Cemetery, south of Portland.
