Larry Miller, Jr.

Larry Miller, Jr., age 63, a resident of Miamisburg, Ohio, and a former resident of Bryant, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Hospice of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.

Larry was born January 7, 1963, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Larry D. Miller, Sr. and Martha (Meehan) Miller. He graduated from Jay County High School before earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. He worked for Perrigo Pharmaceutical Company.

A devoted Purdue Boilermaker fan, Larry had a lifelong passion for sports. He especially enjoyed attending NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament games over the years and faithfully followed Purdue athletics and the Cincinnati Reds. Outside of sports, Larry found great enjoyment in gardening, taking pride in caring for his plants and spending time outdoors.

Donald Miller (wife Sylvia) – Harlingen, Texas

Sandra Miller – Collierville, Tennessee

David Miller – Willshire, Ohio

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry D. Miller, Sr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12-2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, east of Geneva.
