Leona Cline
January 10, 1916 — November 16, 2013
Leona Mable Cline, age 97, a resident of Noble Township, Jay County, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Millers Merry Manor in Dunkirk.
Leona was born on January 10, 1916, in Noble Township, Jay County , the daughter of William Earl and Cora Belle (Hutchens) Warnock. She graduated from Madison High School in 1933. She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Portland and Gideon’s International Auxiliary. Leona married Frank Everett Cline on August 22, 1936 and he passed away on July 4, 2005.

4 sons: Robert Cline (wife Anita) – Fort Wayne, Indiana
Floyd Cline (wife Viola) – Portland, Indiana
Loyd Cline (wife Margaret) – Portland, Indiana
Paul Cline (wife Louwana) – Portland, Indiana
11 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 11 step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Jason Rice will officiate and burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery.
Memorials may be directed towards Gideon’s International, Trinity United Methodist Church or Family LifeCare of Berne.
