Linda was born on June 19, 1943, in Bryant, Indiana, the daughter of William Albert and Helen (Lee) Sisk. She worked for Jay Garment in Portland and Community Care East in Portland. Linda married William B. Hicks on February 13, 1960.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-3 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Pastor Hugh Kelly will officiate .
