Lisa Clevenger

Lisa Clevenger, age 52, a resident of Pennville, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

Lisa was born on November 24, 1967, in Portland, Indiana, the daughter of Waldo and Nilah (Landers) Hudson.  She graduated from Jay County High School in 1987 and worked at Richard’s and Subway in Portland.  She was a member of Union Chapel Church.  Lisa married David Clevenger on July 6, 1991.

Her husband:  David Clevenger – Pennville, Indiana

1 daughter:  Britany Schlichter – Ft. Wayne, Indiana

2 sons:  Kristopher Clevenger – Pennville, Indiana

Brian Clevenger – Portland, Indiana

3 brothers:  Waldo Hudson, Jr. (wife Rebecca) – Salamonia, Indiana

Tim Hudson (wife Ruth Ann) – Portland, Indiana

Doug Hudson - Salamonia, Indiana

1 sister:  Kathy Hudson – Kokomo, Indiana

Her parents:  Waldo and Nilah Hudson - Salamonia, Indiana

4 grandchildren:  Ameran and Adaiah Schlichter, Adleigh Vaughn and Jasper Clevenger

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2020, from 4-8 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.  A service to celebrate Lisa’s life will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, at 2 p.m. at Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland.   Pastor Mike Morgan will officiate and burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.
