Lucinda Nicklay

Lucinda Nicklay, age 37, a resident of Dunkirk passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at her home.

Lucinda was born on September 30, 1980 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of Lawrence and Freda (Rogers) Nicklay. Lucinda graduated from Jay County High School then received a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Ball State University.
