Mandy J. Theurer, age 26, a resident of rural Portland, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2015.
Mandy was born on July 18, 1988, in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Roger and Charlene (Kennedy) Theurer. Mandy graduated from Jay County High School in 2007 and later graduated from Masters of Cosmetology in Fort Wayne. She worked for Cute as a Button, Uppercut Salon and The Vogue in Portland. She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Salamonia.

Nancy Howard – Bardstown, Kentucky
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Mark Strietelmeier will officiate and burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery.
