Mark D. Phillips

Mark D. Phillips, age 67, a resident of Hartford City, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.

Mark was born on October 8, 1954, in Hartford City, Indiana, the son of Kenneth Albert Phillips and Patricia Joan (Tucker) Housman.  Mark worked for Indiana Glass in Dunkirk.  Mark was a free-spirited man, who had a great personality and never met a stranger.  He enjoyed the outdoors and walking his dog.

Survivors include:

1 son:  Jason Phillips – Portland, Indiana

1 brother:  Kenneth Phillips (wife Diana) – Hartford City, Indiana

2 sisters:  Connie Hill (companion Kenneth Coffman) – Albany, Indiana

Teresa Capper – Hartford City, Indiana

2 grandchildren

He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Patricia Phillips, Nickie Hancock and Robin Cunnington.
