Martin Teeters, age 58, a resident of Portland, passed away on Wednesday, November 05, 2014 at Jay County Hospital in Portland.
Martin was born on October 12, 1956, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Frederick and Wilma (Neilson) Teeters. He graduated from Portland High School and worked for Butterfield in Pennville and Tyson Foods in Portland.
Survivors include:
1 son: Chris Teeters (wife Deb) – St. Henry, Ohio
2 brothers: Dudley Teeters (wife Vera) – Liberty Center, Indiana
Lawrence Teeters – Portland, Indiana
1 sister: Cathy Teeters – Muncie, Indiana
1 granddaughter
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 11 a.m. in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. before the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
