Mary K. Atha

Mary K. Atha, age 88 a resident of Portland passed away Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Persimmon
Ridge Rehabilitation Centre. She was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Portland. She
worked at the Portland Book Bindery, Portland Co-op, and CTS in Berne, Indiana. She was a member of
the Portland American Legion Auxiliary Post 211.
Mary Atha was born October 21, 1925 in Jay County, Indiana the daughter of Robert and Goldie (Lee)
Orr. She was married on January 26, 1980 to Lee Atha who survives.

1 Grandson- Tim Kunkle, Dallas, Texas
1 Great Granddaughter- Stephanie Kunkle
Visitation will be held from 4-7pm Friday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in
Portland. Pastor Wayne Ward will officiate the service and burial will follow in the Salamonia Cemetery.
