His parents- Matthew and Laura Stevens, Orestes, Indiana
1 Brother- Xavier Stevens
2 Sisters- Taliana and Braylen Stevens
Grandparents James and Tina Weaver, Orestes, Indiana
Kenneth Stevens, Richmond, Indiana
Wilma Stevens, Centerville, Indiana
Visitation will be held from 2-3pm on Monday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 3pm Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Antioch Cemetery southeast of Portland.
