Max Smith, age 2 of Bradford, Ohio passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Dayton Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

Max was born June 2, 2017 in Greenville, Ohio the son of Tyler Smith and Jenny Gambill.

Survivors Include:

His parents- Tyler Smith and Jenny Gambill, Bradford, Ohio

Brother- Colton Gambill, Bradford, Ohio

2 Sisters- Kenleigh Smith, Ft. Recovery, Ohio, and Caylee Gambill, Bradford, Ohio

Grandparents- Dwane Smith (wife-Gaylene), Portland, Linda Schneider (husband-Joe), Portland, Jeff Lavey (wife-Kathleen), Bradford, Ohio, Jayni Snow, Versailles, Ohio

Great Grandparents- Sandy Snow, Portland, and Larry and Marcella Lavey, Zolfo Springs, Florida.

Private services will be held for the family at the Williamson-Spencer and Penrod Funeral Home in Portland with burial at Antioch Cemetery, southeast of Portland.

Memorials may be directed to the family to establish a fund to help and assist children.
