Melvin Crouse
November 29, 1939 — July 7, 2015
Melvin Crouse, age 75 a resident of Portland passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the Albany Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was a 1957 graduate of Ward High School in Saratoga. He retired in 2003 from Red Gold in Geneva after many years and a member of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Church in Portland.
Melvin Crouse was born November 29, 1939 in Jay County, Indiana the son of Donald and Martha (Abbott) Crouse. He was married June 24, 1960 to Hazel Garringer and she preceded him in death on July 6, 2012.

7 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild
Visitation will be held from 1-3pm on Saturday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm Saturday at the funeral home. Pastor Kevin Culy will officiate the services and burial will follow in the New Pittsburg Cemetery on the Jay-Randolph County line.
