Norma Garringer

Norma F. Garringer, age 87 a resident of Portland passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at her home.
Norma was born January 10, 1929 in Portland, Indiana the daughter of William and Mabel (Miller) Stults. She was married on May 10, 1948 to Fredrick Herbert Black and he passed away December 18, 1959. She then married Joe Garringer on September 30, 1962.

Her beloved husband- Joe Garringer, Portland, Indiana
1 Daughter- Terrie Garringer, Portland, Indiana
1 Step Son- Scott Garringer, Bradenton, Florida
1 Brother- Francis “Salty” Stults, Portland, Indiana
3 Grandchildren
Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Wednesday in the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland.
Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Horsman and Rev. Phil Jellison officiating the services. Burial will follow in the Green Park Cemetery in Portland.
