Buzz Lindsey, age 75, a former Portland resident passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Consulate Healthcare in Lakeland, Florida.
Buzz was born on February 4, 1941, in Portland, Indiana, the son of Curney and Fern (Reef) Lindsey. He graduated from Bryant High School and worked for Moser Motor Sales in Berne and was a coordinator for The City of Lakeland in Lakeland, Florida. Buzz married Barbara Rickner on October 26, 1968.

Several nieces and nephews
Visitation will be held on Friday from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m. at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Williamson and Spencer Funeral Home in Portland. Pastor Steve Arnold will officiate and burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery, west of Bryant.
Memorials may be directed to Good Shepard Hospice in Lakeland, Florida. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
