Parker Bailey, age 20, a resident of Dunkirk, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 in rural Portland.
Parker was born on July 19, 2005, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Lucas and Andrea (Curtis) Bailey. He worked as a driver for an Amish crew, where he was known for his dependable nature and strong work ethic. Parker enjoyed spending time fishing, taking long drives, listening to music, and playing video games. He appreciated life's simple pleasures and treasured the time he spent with his family and friends.

Andrea Bailey (husband David) – Hartford City, Indiana
His siblings: Aaron Rheinhart, Kierstin Bailey, Caroline Bailey, Kymarea Bailey, Ryder Morgan, Isaac Bailey, Ean Bailey, Katie Fox, Levi Fox and Maci Fox.
His grandparents: Kerry Imel (husband Mike) – Portland, Indiana
Tom Bailey – Grand Bay, Alabama
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jayne Bailey and Bob Curtis.
